I went along for the 4-session beginners weekend and was blown away! I've struggled to connect with yoga in the past, but Steve was inspirational. I have a newfound appreciation of the importance of my breath and moving with it, as well as the principles behind yoga (it's not just about stretching!). This was a life-changing course and I will be back.

I never really got yoga mindfulness and the power of breath work until now. This is an amazing method and Steve is a sublime teacher . I can not recommend this beginners course and the LYM more highly. For anyone with burnt our adrenals or stuck in the sympathetic nervous system this will really help . If your wise you will do this before you burn them out in this mad , fast , crazy beautiful world. loved it and definitely now on the journey. I attended the 4-day beginners programme and it's outstanding. This is REAL yoga. I've been to yoga classes before and they are not a patch on the Yoga Sanctuary. If you want to learn how to start yoga, and go on a yoga journey that will TRULY make a difference to your health, then I would not go anywhere else. It's relaxed, friendly, supportive and life-changing.

I have just completed the beginners course at The Yoga Sanctuary and I can not recommend it enough. A truly life changing experience! I loved every second and I looked forward to every week learning new moves, flows and breathing techniques. The Yoga Sanctuary is a very peaceful and relaxing place to be. Steve is an incredible teacher with great enthusiasm and is very inspiring. You will be made to feel very welcome. A fantastic intro into the Living Yoga Method, he took the mystery out of it and succeeded in making it feel inclusive and supportive with a wonderful warmth and sense of humour. Since joining a Living Yoga class just a few months ago, I have discovered an inner strength and peace which I didn't know I had in me. Taking this new found ability to make sense of and cope with the crazy pace of modern life has transformed the way I handle everyday situations at home and work. It has allowed me to enjoy what life has to offer and made me much happier in myself. So many wonderful opportunities have opened up to me since joining that first class (not least attending a yoga retreat in India!) I am so thankful that I found The Yoga Sanctuary and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to discover more...

The Yoga Teacher Training has been a continuation of my self- discovery journey with Yoga Sanctuary. The last 3 years have been life changing, Steve and Sarah's teachings helped me find energy, strength, joy and wisdom during a very difficult time for me. Their teaching is authentic, knowledgeable, with a systematic experiential approach pleasantly spiced with humour. The regular practice and commitment required by the Teacher Training ensures a natural deepening of the understanding of Yoga. I feel words don't do it justice, so I encourage you to come and let yourself be inspired!

The Teacher Training Course here is the real thing, can't find the words to do it justice. Steve's depth of knowledge and his ability to share it with humour and kindness is incredible. I've met so many beautiful people and learned so much about life, how the world works, how to be. Has transformed my levels of contentment, patience and happiness. Not to mention enriched an deepened my yoga practice, and of course the skills to teach others should I so wish. If you're thinking of teaching or want to learn more about yoga or just want to feel better, then I can't recommend this enough. Thank you Steve, from the bottom of my heart.

Initially signed up to just keep my partner company, little did I know I'd end up liking it more than her! We've just completed our 10 week beginner course and it was amazing. Steve is such an awesome guy, great teacher, captain enthusiasm, we love him. The mood, lighting, feel and smell of the room is perfect. My flexibility was terrible at the start but has improved greatly in certain positions, not to mention how its helped my other sports. I've been recommending the Yoga Sanctuary to everyone I know, you will not regret it.

I have just completed the beginners' course and found it deeply relaxing. I loved coming to the classes each week and felt very welcome. I now practice yoga most days and find it really helps me switch off after a busy day. I also enjoy running and have found the yoga has helped my breathing and flexibility. I am now planning to come to Living Yoga to continue developing my practice.

I recently booked onto the Beginner’s Programme with Steve at The Yoga Sanctuary. It was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Steve is literally one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. I was made to feel extremely welcome and at ease from the moment I strolled in. I loved the blend of Yoga, deep breathing exercises and education surrounding the principles of the Living Yoga Method. Feeling inspired, I’ve now signed up to an Unlimited Membership. Furthermore, I was invited to spend last Saturday morning on a Yoga experience with Steve, Sarah and 20 other Yogi’s at Wildwood; chilling in front of a fire pit inside a ginormous Tipi, doing Yoga in a cabin in the woods, immersing myself in cold water training and relaxing in a sauna. Would recommend this to everyone. I recently completed the beginner program, having already practiced yoga on and off for a few years I was not sure how much I would learn from the program, but was recommended to start there. It was definately the right thing to do! The transformation in my practice is amazing and I have managed to hold and actually enjoyed flows and postures I have been struggling for ages. Steve is fantastic, his passion for yoga becomes your passion before you know it.

If you want to do something truly good for yourself in the New Year, the Yoga Sanctuary is the place to be! Looking back at 2016, discovering this place and taking my first steps into yoga is what I'm most thankful for. It just has such a positive impact on your daily well-being, I'm in for the long run! If Steve doesn't inspire you with his enthusiasm during the 10 week beginners course, I don't know what will.
